Roland Basmati Rice comes from the foothills of the Himalayas in India, where only the finest quality grows.
Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil with 2 tsps. of butter (or oil) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add 1 cup of rinsed Roland Basmati Rice and stir. Cover and allow to boil again. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with fork.
