Roland® Bean Thread is also called “cellophane noodles”. The noodles are very thin and are good for soaking up the flavor of savory sauces.

Preparation:
Put bean threads in cold water and boil them for five minutes. When ready, add soy sauce, soup or stock for extra taste.
