In a saucepan brown garlic with Roland Olive Oil on low heat, add vegetables. Saute for 6 minutes, add 2 1/2 cups rice, stir well and brown for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup vegetable broth and let it evaporate, stirring constantly. Repeat until all broth (remaining 3 1/2 cups) is gone and rice is al dente.
