Roland® Chuka Soba Noodles are bright-yellow wheat noodles. Their al dente texture and mellow flavors are perfect with hearty broths, savory dipping sauces and marinated meats and poultry.
Add noodles to boiling water or broth and let sit for 2 minutes. Then stir for 1 minute, or until cooked through. Drain and serve in hot broth or, for cold recipes or stir-frying, rinse with cold water and sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil.
