Roland Malt Vinegar is produced in the traditional manner from malted barley. A golden brown color similar to a fine whiskey, this vinegar is mildly acidic with pungent, lemony undertones.

Preparation:
Fully prepared and ready to use from the bottle. This vinegar is a good substitute for apple cider vinegar, and can be used for pickling fruits or vegetables.

Ingredients/Contents:

Malted Barley and/or other Malted Cereals Diluted with Water to 5% Acidity OR Malt Vinegar (Barley, Corn Malt) Diluted with Water to 5% Acidity.
