Roland Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil blend is balanced mix of Arbequina and Picual Oils with a Maximum FFA of .5. Olive oils are classified in order of ascending acidity Extra Virgin, Virgin and Pure. Pure is bleached and deodorized to reduce acidity and therefore is paler and has less flavor.

Preparation:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil can be used in salad dressing and is also good for low to medium heat cooking.
